In 2010 I was working on a one shot issue of Action Force for Rising Sun Comics & Jamar Miller.
For those who don't know what Action Force Is here it is in a nutshell, Action Force is basically this the Internal G.I.Joe Force.
They Deal with a group called the Red Shadow. The Issue I am working on is part of their World War III series.
The Action Force characters are up against the Red Shadow and even Cobra.
While waiting for the final pages to get colored and published I decided to post the first four pages in their black and white form
to wet the appetite while waiting.
Here is a link to other titles put out by Rising Sun Comics and Jamar Miller. http://www.bloodforthebaron.com

Starship Hestia
Here is my next Federation Starship and it's Evil Sister the Hestia.
This is another take off for the Design The Next Enterprise Design I created.
I really Wish I could of enter more than one design, but rules are rules so this becomes
just another ship in my fleet.
I created this on without the hammerhead element and adjusted the size of the Impulse Deck
as well as modifying the Nacelles just a little.
Enjoy.

U.S.S. Venture (Alternate 1701-F Design)
While creating my official entry into Cryptic's Design The Next Enterprise Contest I was building a alternate design just in case
I could enter more than once. The U.S.S. Venture is that design. While very similar to my NCC-1701-F entry this design has a
totally different saucer and Impulse deck. Both designs incorporated the Aventines' Slipstream Tech.
I plan on making my Dark Mirror Universe Counterpart soon. In the mean time if you want to see my Enterprise design as the Next Enterprise please
go to Cryptics' site and vote for me. Here is the Link. http://www.startrekonline.com/enterprise/gallery?filter=search&keyword=sean

Design the Next Enterprise Upload Errors...
Well as most if not all of you know that follow my work I am planning to enter the "Design The Next Enterprise Contest" on Star Trek Online.
Or I would if...
A few out there, myself included have tried to up load our Entries to the contest and are getting an error message.
Mine for example is “The selected file Tourangeau.gif could not be uploaded. The file is 215.31 KB which would exceed your disk quota of 1 MB.”
Since when is 215.31KB large than 1MB.
I hope they fix this or a lot of good designers may not be able to enter.
As of now Cyrptic has not responded to my emails for support.
Good Luck to the people who can get their designs into the gallery, can't wait to see the winning design.

Updated Teaser 1701-F
Here is another Teaser Image for my entry for the Star Trek Online Design The Next Enterprise Contest.
All I am still working on is the image for the bottom, but the other views are complete. I re-did the Nacelle
Pylons As well as elongated the secondary hull a little.
I will still finish the other configuration, I may even enter it if I can enter more than one design. Either way
This has jumpstarted my ship design frame of mind again.

Enterprise NCC-1701-F Teaser2
I know I said I wouldn't post anymore Ent-F Teasers, but I figured i would show the other configuration that I had in mind.
I will more than likely complete both concepts. And depending on the rule to the contest enter them both, but for now
here is the other silhouette of the other design that I am working on.

Dave Niehaus R.I.P.
Mariners broadcaster Dave Niehaus dies at 75
Longtime Mariners broadcaster Dave Niehaus has died at 75. According to his family, Niehaus died of a heart attack Wednesday at his home in Bellevue. He was the voice of the Mariners since the team's inception in 1977.
More from the Mariners Home Page: http://mynorthwest.com/category/mariners_articles/20101110/Mariners-broadcaster-Dave-Niehaus-dies-at-75/
I grew up loving to hear his calls for the Mariners. It was what made me a Seattle Mariner fan, through the bad years and the great 90's Dave and Rick made the Mariners fun to listen to, when I could not make it to the games in person. Unfortunately when I moved to Colorado
I could not get into the Rockies because their on air team just did not meet Dave's game calling.
Sorry Rockies fans, I will always be a Mairiners fan because of Dave. He will be greatly missed.

They wanted the I.S.S. version, so I am converting it into a Variant of the

If they don't like it oh well, I am planning on comiting this refit into my mirror Fleet anyway. This will more than likely become the I.S.S. Al Capone. DO NOT DO COMMISSION FOR SHARI WOODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She paid via paypal, then when she received the DigitalFile from me she had paypal withdraw the payment. I contacted her and she said it was her bank that took the money back and it wasn't her fault. I arranged for her to send a check, she said she would send payment via snail mail, have not received payment as of yet. She does not return emails now.

Welcome Aboard
Well it has been almost a year since I did anything really serious in the Dark Mirror Universe. True I have done some
kit bashes here and there and a logo here and there, but nothing like my bridge designs.
I call this Illustration "Welcome Aboard". It is a image of what I feel the view would be like from the Portside Saucer
Airlock of the I.S.S. Titan as you join the crew.
This is my first Illustration using the new perspective tool in Adobe Illustrator CS5. Troi and LaForge are for my existing files, but the rest is created new in CS5.

Action Force Cover
Well, I am happy to say that my issue of Action Force is complete, atleast my pencils and Inks are. It is in the hands of the colorists and lettering people.
With that Jamar has given me permission to post the full color cover of the issue. I was ask to make a homage to the Marvel G.I.Joe #1.
It has been a fun adventure seeing if I could do a 32page comic. Thanks for all of the support. I hope to do more laterwith these characters if Jamar wants. I would love to do some pin-ups or even character modernizations.
Again thanks

U.S.S. Titan and Hello
I realise this is old news to people that have been following me on devianart, scifi meshes, & facebook, but since this blog is new
I thought I would post images from what I am up to this point most known for. Here are images from my little corner of the Start Trek Universe...The U.S.S. Titan.
From Simon & Schuster:
The Ship:U.S.S. Titan, NCC-80102, Luna-class. The Titan is a midsize Starfleet vessel, approximately 450 meters in length (larger than the U.S.S. Voyager, smaller than the Enterprise-D), with a crew complement of 350. Titan's hull configuration is comparable to other established Starfleet vessels.
The Luna-class is Starfleet's newest-generation long-range explorer, a starship not built specifically for combat, but like the Constitution-class of the previous century, a vessel designed for a long-term multipurpose mission into uncharted space. Equipped with conventional tactical systems (deflector shields; phasers; quantum torpedoes), Titan also boasts state-of-the-art propulsion and cutting-edge scientific equipment, as well as being a testbed for experimental science tech not yet available on other classes.
The Titan is manned by the most varied multispecies crew in Starfleet history, with humans taking up less than 15% of the 350-member crew. The diversity of the crew is intended to facilitate stories that will explore the ways that beings of different cultures, biologies, psychologies, and physical appearances learn how to work together, or fail to, depending on the circumstances they encounter. Titan has eight shuttlecraft of various sizes.
The story behind the Luna-class:The Luna-Class Development Project was initiated in 2369 in response to the discovery of the Bajoran wormhole, and originally conceived as leading a planned Starfleet wave of deep-space exploration in the Gamma Quadrant. The project was spearheaded by Dr. (Commander) Xin Ra-Havreii, a Starfleet theoretical engineer at Utopia Planitia. Field testing on the prototype U.S.S. Luna was under way by 2372 in the Alpha Quadrant, and construction of the fleet was scheduled to begin the following year. Unfortunately, contact with the Dominion and the subsequent outbreak of hostilities mothballed the project indefinitely, as Starfleet redirected its shipbuilding resources to the production of vessels better suited to combat.
Upon the war's end in late 2375, Dr. Ra-Havreii correctly judged that the Federation's cultural psychology would eventually shift back toward its pre-war ideals, and pushed to have the Luna-class revisited as a major step toward resuming Starfleet's mission of peaceful exploration (even though the class would no longer be assigned exclusively to the exploration of the Gamma Quadrant). Construction of an initial fleet of twelve Luna-class vessels was completed by 2379, and the Titan was offered to William T. Riker, one of many command officers eager to put the strife of the last decade behind him.

Q : What are your feelings about the Titan starship design by Sean Tourangeau and the Sword of Damocles cover art by Ellery O'Connell ? (His Name I actually Ellery Connel
My feelings about Sean's design can be summed up in one word. GENIUS. There was some groussing about his design from some quarters just after the contest was over but, for me, this is the only way TITAN could have looked. Sean got the era of design right, I think he incorporated the Luna class mission of pure exploration perfectly. Wouldn't change a thing. The cover is equally stellar. And I may have a surprise or two for Sean in SWORD OF DAMOCLES as well. I hope he'll forgive any dings to the hull.
